The radiator features CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology: specially engineered tubes brazed along the seam that are stronger than conventional O-tube designs while using thinner, lighter aluminum. The B-tube design with centered inlet creates dual liquid laminar flow and increases heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to regular tubes, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same space.
Ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins are precision-aligned and calculated for each application, then validated in CSF’s wind-tunnel lab for maximum heat rejection.
