Unlike traditional oval O-type tubes, the specially engineered B-shaped tubes are seam-brazed for superior strength while using thinner, lighter aluminum material. This design increases heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to regular tubes, delivering dual liquid laminar flow and the cooling efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same space. Ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins with 6.5mm height are precisely aligned and wind-tunnel tested to maximize airflow and heat rejection for each specific application.
