CSF brings over 5 decades of radiator manufacturing expertise to the 991.2 911 and 718 platform. This all-aluminum high-performance radiator is engineered to excel on the street or at the track, delivering superior cooling for both stock and high-horsepower builds.
The radiator features CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology, which uses specially engineered tubes brazed along the seam rather than welded. This design is stronger than conventional O-shaped tubes while utilizing thinner aluminum for improved cooling efficiency. The B-tube configuration increases heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% and enables dual liquid laminar flow, delivering the cooling performance of two smaller tubes within the same space.
Multi-louvered fins are precisely aligned and individually tested in CSF’s wind-tunnel lab to maximize airflow and heat rejection efficiency.
