CP Pistons 400 Chevy 13 degree flat-top gas port pistons are designed for serious engine builders looking to achieve maximum engine performance. They are manufactured for high-compression engines only, including gas ports in the deck of the pistons, and can be used with backcut rings. These gas ports provide extra sealing to the top ring in between the compression and power stroke. All CP pistons are balanced to +/-1 gram.
